The frame has been painted in green and the brass lightly polished. All the original brass is present. Some marks, brush strokes and imperfections to the paintwork can be seen. The appearance overall is very good. The bed fits together well, with ease, and is sturdy. An adjustable slatted bed base is included in the price. The base is new but may have some minor marks on the paintwork.
