Recycled hardwood 55 to 78 mm wide flooring is generally Tasmanian Oak from 3 similar eucalyptus species – Mountain Ash, Alpine Ash and Messmate.It’s a premium hardwood with colours ranging from straw to reddish browns, is hard wearing and accepts stains & finishes. With a density & character unmatched by new re-growth timbers. N.B. Recycled flooring commonly has 1 mm variation either side of the specified board width.
